Domestic Violence Support Group

Through peer support and a professional facilitator, group members will learn skills and information about controlling and abusive relationships. Some of the topics of group include:

  • Self-esteem

  • Warning signs of an abuser

  • Journaling

  • Important Documents

  • Safety Planning

  • Art Activities

  • Technology Safety

  • Purpose of a 50B, and what it means to have one.

  • Online Support

In addition, the group provides valuable life skills and a safe environment for women 18 years and older to offer support and encouragement to other women in similar situations.

No registration is required, just call our main office (336) 249-0237. to get the location. Childcare is provided.
